Kel-Mar rose to the challenge of constructing the complex and highly detailed contemporary design that left no room for error. The demanding schedule was compounded by a series of revisions, but Kel-Mar completed on time and every detail was pristine. Scope included floor to ceiling windows and satin gloss painted ceilings and walls.

Kel-Mar ensured that there were no imperfections or images of undulating waves on these surfaces. Other work included custom Brazilian mahogany wood flooring; custom stainless steel cabinets and doors with cherry-wood trim detail, and slate countertops.

Kel-Mar was also responsible for the installation of Italian marble walls and floor, and a one of a kind sculptured Italian marble sink, which were all quarried and fabricated overseas, dictating the critical path for the schedule.
