Kel-Mar was hired to manage an interior fit-out for this law film. Scope included the complete modification of all mechanicals; custom built-in architectural woodworking, new acoustical ceilings, and the installation of an ACME metal and glass partition system. New carpeting was installed in the private offices, conference rooms and general office area. Finally, a tele/data system was designed and installed for future upgrades, and whose modernization was made possible via conduit and accessible pull panels.
