Kel-Mar transformed this pre-war apartment, complete with full amenities, despite the limited budget and difficult schedule. By using simple materials, and standard windows and doors from a national distributor, as well as well-proportioned stock moldings, along with a simple cabinet design, Kel-Mar achieved the desired look while maintaining schedule and budget. Using carefully selected stock items helped to minimize lead-times. Special consideration for the existing perimeter walls were made in order to deliver a substrate that would emphasize color and texture of the finish paint.
