411 Wales Avenue, Bronx, NY was a fast-paced complete renovation of an existing warehouse structure and new out of ground construction of a gymnasium, totaling 59,000sf. The existing warehouse was converted to a charter school including 40 classrooms, various offices, cafetorium and new gymnasium addition. Kel-Mar provided pre-construction services and complete construction and TCO in under 12 months.
